Our Owner Completion program offers the ability to build equity by acting as your own contractor. After we set and "dry in" your house, you contract out or perform the on site finishing phases (electrical connections, plumbing connections, HVAC, etc) yourself; therefore increasing savings and personal oversight potential.
YOUR OWN DESIGN
Although Nationwide Custom Homes has over 75 models and floor plans, you can also design your own floor plan and we can build it within limitations.
